How do I order from FunZoneGift.com?

Simple, select a category from our extensive list and browse until you find the product(s) you wish to purchase. Once you have added your item(s) to your shopping cart you may then continue to our secure checkout where you will be asked to provide address, billing and contact information. Our system will then ask you for your credit card details.

Our shipping calculator will present you with a list of available shipping methods and prices. After you have made you selection, you will be asked to verify your order prior to submitting your order to us.

Once your secure online payment has been authorized you will receive a confirmation email and order receipt. Your package will arrive within shipping time zone you select during checkout. You may check the status of your order anytime after your purchase has been completed by logging into our order tracking page.

Does FunZoneGift.com ship to countries outside of the USA?

FunZoneGift.com accepts orders from the United States, it’s territories and Canada. If you live in the US or Canada you may order from FunZoneGift.com.

Does FunZoneGift.com offer FREE Shipping?

Free shipping is available to all qualifying Continental United States shipments only. Free shipping is NOT available for Canada or International orders. We make every effort to ship all orders daily, however due to heavy order volume we are not always able to do so. Free Next Day and 2 Day Air shipments do not mean they will arrive within 1-2 business days. Your order will be shipped as selected, however it may take 1-2 days for the order to arrive once it has left our facilities. There are no guarantees on shipping times, arrival dates or method of shipment with Free Shipping Options. We reserve the right to ship your order using whichever carrier we choose. Please note free shipping may not be used with any other offer, promotion, coupon or partner code unless explicitly outlined in said promotion or special offer.

How is my order kept discreet and private?

All information given to to FunZoneGift.com via electronic commerce, email or direct contact is kept secure and is not shared with anyone outside our organization. Order information is kept only for internal use and support issues.

All orders purchased through FunZoneGift.com are billed to your credit card and shipped to you discreetly. The name that will appear on your credit card statement will be Emart Media. Please make a note of this.

All orders are shipped in discreet plain white or brown boxes or FedEx or UPS Express packages with absolutely no mention of the inside contents and the outside of the package. You will be provided a tracking number and updates via email and available online on our order tracking page.

How do I return a defective or damaged product?

You may request a product return merchandise authorization (RMA) from FunZoneGift.com. If your item is defective or damaged we will instruct you what to do at this time. We CANNOT accept used or opened items for refund, only exchange for same or similar item. Unopened items with visible damage should be returned immediately for replacement.
